hard to get in and out of. selected a king room with couch/kitchen facilities, but upon arrival was told they were out of those rooms, and I was given a standard room.
-
The staff was great!! Rachel (I believe that was her name) was very friendly and accommodating.
The room smelled musty and the hotel was under construction.
-
The room was fresh and clean when we arrived. We liked it.
The room got warm and uncomfortable during the middle of the night. The air conditioner would not turn on no matter how we adjusted the thermostat to a lower temperature. We assumed it was on a timer or on a motion sensor. Not appreciated. We were booked for two nights. We had left early on the second day for a mass and funeral. When we got back mid afternoon after an emotional day, we could not get back in to the room. Unbeknown to us, our key card was programmed for one night only. Our room had not been cleaned and used towels had not been picked up. The front desk did deliver fresh towels though after we requested them, but the room was not cleaned at all.

Cute small hotel and 15 min away from sandy point beach.
Dont like that the hotel is next to two cemetery

The bed was very comfortable! A welcomed benefit after a tiring day.

Free parking which most hotels don't have. 10-15 minutes to town and a bus stop which provided alternative transport should you wish to have a drink in town and not have to drive back. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Very friendly, helpful and responsive staff. Could not fault it.

Erica the staff member was very sweet and went above and beyond her duties for us. I just wish she would have been there every night.

Staff was awesome, very accommodating.
The jacuzzi tub did not work very well, and when it was filled the water did not look clear, either a dirty tub or dirty water. The walls were very thin...We were awoken in the morning by a conversation in the room next door, and could not get back to sleep.
-
Staff was very polite and at disposal.

I loved that the cable came with plenty of channels and the bed was comfortable.
I didn't like that the iron or the bathroom was dirty, the room was either 329, 328 or 327, I cant remember off the top of my head, but once you walk into the bathroom if you look on the floor by the toilet or the in the bath tub you could see dark red and orange stains. I'm sure that if you walk into the room that I was in the stains are still on the floor and within the bath tub. I have stayed in many hotels due to my jobs and that I travel a lot, but that bathroom was dirty and made me feel unclean. I think that there is definitely room for improvement. I also had a hard time sleeping at night either due to the late night construction of the other guests were being very loud.

Location is great, right by the corner is whole foods market and not far away located westfield mall. Staff are friendly Snacks vending machine on 2nd floor was good to have.
Room was not quite clean. My room shower drain was clogged with hair and dirt, and no one cared when i complained, looks like shower drain wasn't cleaned for years, couldn't have a decent shower in the two weeks i stayed! Noisy Air conditioner, quite old. No kettle or microwave. No room food service

Everyone smiled. I noticed that. I liked that a lot, it made the stress of the weekend (a visit to the Naval Academy) a little less.
The pillows were flat. I would have preferred a little more firm pillows.

Affordable friendly warm breakfast!
